The term Psychopomp often confuses people, but really it is just a soul or spirit guide. A person who is able, because of their own knowledge and personal experience to work with those in spirit, as well as those making the transition.

The name comes from two words in Greek Pompos, which means guide or conductor and Psyche, which translates as soul, breath, mind or life.

While the term comes from ancient Greece, there are a vast number of references to this service from all over the world.

Famous Psychopomps would be Anubis from Egypt, The Valkries, Epona, Archangel Michael, Hermes. Also Ascended Masters such as Jesus/Sananda, Buddha, Kuthumi. I work with Master Kuthumi often. Also there are those guides already in spirit.

I work with a guide well versed in the practice called Abna, who I first met in his role as a Psychopomp in 1993.  There are also creatures who aid in these journeys across the spiritual realms. Bees, horses, Dolphins and dogs are able to travel across the divide freely.
